Complaint Resolution


All complaints are promptly escalated to the Complaints Officer. We handle all concerns fairly and aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, your complaint will be reviewed by Complaints Manager.


If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint through the Health Service Executive's (HSE) "Your Service, Your Say".
